Security and approval of AI actions

#How the AI gets access

• OAuth (Claude, ChatGPT) - you sign in to PingsYou and click Allow on the screen asking for access to your account. Have several accounts? You choose which one.
• Access key - created in Connect AI (key with a custom name → create key). We show it only once and store only a hash, so nobody can read it back.

#Send approval

When the AI wants to send a campaign, switch on a path or approve a plan, it creates an approval request with a 6-digit code. The AI never gets the code - you see it in Campaigns → Approvals, and owners get an email with an Approve button (valid 48 hours). Approve in the panel or give the code to the AI in the chat.

#History and revoking access

• AI activity history - the last 20 tool calls: what, when and from which tool.
• Access keys - name, assistant, created and last used. Turn off cuts access immediately, also for OAuth connections.
