Tags instead of lists
Every list is a tag. A segment is a rule: "has the webinar tag and did not buy". A person from three lists has three tags and gets one email, not three.
Consents and unsubscribes
Unsubscribed and bounced contacts are imported as unsubscribed: they do not count towards the limit and never get an email. Consent from the import is recorded with its source and date.
