MCP hub

Email marketing you run from Claude and ChatGPT

MCP is the connector through which an AI assistant runs your account. Connect PingsYou once, then plan, write, segment and report by talking. Sending always waits for your approval.

PingsYou is not yet listed in the Claude connector directory or in ChatGPT apps. Until then you add it as a custom connector: paste the server address, sign in to PingsYou and click Allow. Two minutes, no code, no keys to copy.

Start

Three things to know before the first sentence

No setup wizard. You connect, you talk, you approve.

1

What MCP is

A connector between an AI assistant and your account. The assistant sees PingsYou as a set of 72 tools with descriptions and picks the right one for what you say.

2

How PingsYou works with it

Every dashboard feature has a tool: contacts, campaigns, plans, paths, events, Conversations, stats. You say "build a two-month campaign for my course" and the assistant plans it, writes the emails and shows the schedule.

3

Approval and audit

Sending, activating a path and approving a plan require your approval in the dashboard, on your phone or with a 6-digit code. Every call goes into a log you can read later. Tokens are revoked with one click.

Skills

Four skills you can hand to your assistant

A skill is a short Markdown file that tells the assistant how to run a repeatable task with PingsYou tools. Copy it into a Claude project, a ChatGPT custom instruction or a skills folder.

How much the reminders earned

Clicks, replies and revenue from reminder emails only.

How many clicks, replies and how much revenue came from reminders in the last 30 days? Which reminder condition works best for me?

Results overview

Human opens, clicks, replies, bounces, revenue.

Show my results for the last 30 days. Separate human opens from machine opens and tell me which number worries you most.
Beginner weekly_insights

Monday report

Numbers, three sentences, one recommendation.

Give me the weekly report: the numbers, three sentences about what changed and one thing to do this week.
Advanced get_deliverability_report

Deliverability before a big send

Reputation, bounces, complaints, warm-up, daily limit.

I want to send to the whole base on Thursday. Check my deliverability and list what to fix first, in order.
Beginner list_conversations

What people replied

Open replies classified as questions, interest, objections.

What did people reply to the last mailing? Group the replies into questions, interest and objections, and quote the three most common questions.
Intermediate bulk_reply_draft

Drafts for every open question

A draft answer per conversation, in the brand tone, for you to review.

Draft answers to all open conversations classified as questions. Keep the brand tone, two short paragraphs each, and show me the list before anything is sent.
Intermediate create_path_from_recipe

Welcome series from a recipe

Three emails in seven days after a tag, with a reminder.

Create a welcome path from the recipe for everyone who gets the tag "new": three emails in seven days, a reminder on day 2 for those who did not open. Simulate it for one person before enabling.
Advanced create_event

Recurring webinar with reminders

An event every week plus confirmation and reminders path.

Set up a webinar every Tuesday at 19:00 with the link https://example.com/webinar. Add the confirmation, a reminder the day before and an hour before, and a summary after.
Beginner import_contacts

Import a CSV, lists become tags

Duplicates merge, every list name becomes a tag.

Import this CSV from GetResponse. Turn the list names into tags, merge duplicates and tell me how many people there really are.
Intermediate merge_report

How much the duplicates cost

Real people vs rows, and what you overpaid for.

Show the merge report from my imports: how many rows came in, how many real people there are, and how many duplicates I was paying for in the old tool.

Connect

Connect in two minutes

One token from the dashboard works in every client. Create a separate token per assistant: each has its own log and can be revoked alone.

Dashboard → "MCP and API" → Create token. It starts with py_ and we show it once.

Claude

claude.ai, Claude Desktop, Claude Code
  1. 1Create a token in the PingsYou dashboard ("MCP and API").
  2. 2claude.ai or Claude Desktop: Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector.
  3. 3Name: PingsYou. Remote MCP server URL: paste the address below.
  4. 4Authentication: the header Authorization: Bearer py_… (the token). If your Claude version has no header field, use the mcp-remote configuration from the Cursor card.
  5. 5Open a new chat, enable PingsYou in the connectors menu and say the first sentence.
MCP server URL
https://pingsyou.com/api/mcp
Authorization header
Authorization: Bearer py_YOUR_TOKEN

Check: type "show my account overview". If you see your plan and contact count, you are connected.

ChatGPT

Plus, Pro, Team and Enterprise with developer mode
  1. 1Create a token in the PingsYou dashboard (a separate one for ChatGPT is a good idea).
  2. 2Settings → Connectors → Advanced: enable Developer mode.
  3. 3Settings → Connectors → Create. Name: PingsYou. MCP server URL: the address below.
  4. 4Authentication: custom header or access token, value Bearer py_… (the token).
  5. 5In a new chat open "+" → tools, enable PingsYou and ask for the account overview.
MCP server URL
https://pingsyou.com/api/mcp
Authorization header
Authorization: Bearer py_YOUR_TOKEN

Check: type "show my account overview". If you see your plan and contact count, you are connected.

Cursor and any MCP client

Windsurf, VS Code, Claude Code and anything that reads mcp.json
  1. 1Create a token in the PingsYou dashboard.
  2. 2Cursor: Settings → MCP → Add new MCP server, or edit ~/.cursor/mcp.json. Paste the block below.
  3. 3Replace py_YOUR_TOKEN with your token and restart the client. A green dot next to "pingsyou" and 72 tools mean it works.
Configuration (mcp.json)
{
  "mcpServers": {
    "pingsyou": {
      "command": "npx",
      "args": [
        "-y", "mcp-remote", "https://pingsyou.com/api/mcp",
        "--header", "Authorization: Bearer ${PINGSYOU_TOKEN}"
      ],
      "env": { "PINGSYOU_TOKEN": "py_YOUR_TOKEN" }
    }
  }
}

The block uses mcp-remote, which works in every client. Newer clients also accept a direct entry with "url" and "headers" without it.

Check: type "show my account overview". If you see your plan and contact count, you are connected.

FAQ

Questions before you connect

Can the assistant send an email without me?

No. Sending a campaign, approving a plan and activating a path need your approval in the dashboard, on your phone or with a 6-digit code you type into the conversation. The assistant never knows the code.

Does it work in the free plan?

Yes. MCP, all 72 tools and the log are in every plan, including the free one for up to 100 contacts.

Why is PingsYou not in the Claude directory or ChatGPT apps yet?

We are a young product and the listings take time. The custom connector gives you exactly the same tools; the only difference is that you paste the URL and the token yourself.

What does the assistant see?

Only what the tools return: your contacts, campaigns and results. Nothing leaves your account except through the tool you asked for, and every call is in the log.

Can I use several assistants at once?

Yes. Create a token per assistant or device. Each has its own log and can be revoked alone.

Do I pay for the assistant's generations?

Writing emails with generate_email or generate_plan_content counts toward the generation limit of your plan. Reading data, planning and reports do not.
