E-commerce depth: Klaviyo
Shopify integration, a customer data platform, predicted customer value and next order date, product reviews, helpdesk. For a big store that is an edge we do not pretend to have.
Klaviyo is the standard for large stores: deep Shopify integration, a customer data platform and predictions. PingsYou gives small and mid-sized shops what they actually use - abandoned cart, product viewed, back in stock, price drop - plus an AI assistant included in the plan and three simple price tiers.
Example conversation with "Ask AI" - demo data.
If you only have time for one screen, this is it. We also mark the places where Klaviyo comes out ahead.

At 5,000 profiles: Boost $60 vs Klaviyo Email about $100. At 10,000 Boost is still $60, Klaviyo about $150.
Klaviyo Composer runs on paid usage packs and the customer service agent has its own fee. "Ask AI" and AI email series are on every PingsYou plan, within the generation limit.
Klaviyo has an official MCP server and a Polish interface. So does PingsYou - with one addition: every send requested from an assistant waits for your approval.
Klaviyo’s follow-up only reaches people engaged in the last 30-90 days, and Klaviyo itself advises against resends. In PingsYou, up to 3 conditional reminders on every email.
We compare what really exists in both tools today - no "coming soon" features and no fine print.
If you run a Shopify store with tens of thousands of customers, Klaviyo is very hard to beat. Full catalogue and order sync, a customer data platform, predicted customer value, next order date, churn risk, industry benchmarks, product reviews, helpdesk, SMS and push in one place. It is a tool for a marketing team with the time and data to use it.
We say this plainly, because for such a store moving to PingsYou would be a step sideways. We have no native Shopify app and no predictions based on order history.
In a small or mid-sized store, four flows usually do the work: abandoned cart, product viewed, back in stock and post-purchase. In PingsYou each one is a ready recipe. A script on your site recognises the person who clicked an email and records viewed products and the cart. Back in stock and price drops are reported via the API - only people who viewed the product get the email.
On top of that, things stores often lack: a reminder chain on every campaign, stats that show reminder revenue separately, a reply inbox (a customer asks about sizing - the answer does not get lost in a shared mailbox) and approval of every send.
Klaviyo counts active profiles - people who can be emailed; unsubscribed and suppressed profiles do not count. That is a fair model, similar to ours. The difference is in the tiers: according to comparison sites, the Email plan costs about $100 at 5,000 profiles, about $150 at 10,000 and about $350 at 15,000. When you go over, Klaviyo moves you to a higher tier from the next period.
In PingsYou, Boost holds up to 10,000 people for $60 and Rocket up to 30,000 for $135 - with every feature, AI included.
Klaviyo is investing heavily in AI: Composer (a marketing agent) gets $5 of usage on the free plan and then runs on paid packs. Customer Agent for customer service has its own fee. An official MCP server lets you work with Klaviyo in Claude and ChatGPT.
In PingsYou, "Ask AI" answers questions about your account, the AI email series plans a campaign from one sentence, and the inbox sorts replies - all included in the plan, within a monthly generation limit. The MCP connector works in Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude Code, VS Code and Windsurf, and every send requested from an assistant waits for your "yes".

Honestly: no tool is the best for everyone.
In Klaviyo you export a list or a segment. To take everyone, first create an "all profiles" segment.
Start the cart and welcome flows before you switch Klaviyo off. Compare results for a week - then the decision is based on your data, not our promises.
We have no native Shopify app. We collect store events with a site script (product viewed, cart) and via the API or a webhook (order, back in stock, price drop). For a large store that wants full sync without a developer, Klaviyo will be better.
Yes, the Klaviyo interface is available in Polish among other languages, although some AI features and templates work in English. PingsYou works in Polish and English.
In Klaviyo you pay for active profiles - people who can be emailed. PingsYou is similar: active people. The tiers differ: Boost holds up to 10,000 people for $60, and Rocket up to 30,000 for $135.
No. "Ask AI", the AI email series and reply classification are on every plan, within a monthly generation limit that grows with the plan. In Klaviyo, Composer and Customer Agent have separate packs.
Yes, from Boost - through your own Twilio, Vonage, SMSAPI or SerwerSMS account. You pay the provider its rates. Klaviyo has SMS built in, plus RCS, WhatsApp and push - if you need all those channels in one place, Klaviyo is stronger.
Profile properties (e.g. order count, last purchase date) can be exported to CSV and imported as custom fields or tags. The full event history cannot be moved as a file - new events start flowing from the day you connect the script and API.
Yes, and more flexibly: up to three reminders on every email, each with a condition (did not open, did not click, did not reply). Our stats separate human opens from machine opens (e.g. Apple Mail), so you see the real effect of reminders.
PingsYou is our product, so we write from its point of view - but everything about Klaviyo comes only from its public pricing page and help centre (checked: November 2026). Where the pricing page only shows a number after you move a slider, we use the value reported by comparison sites and say so. Prices and features change - check the current pricing before you decide. Spotted a mistake? Write to us and we will fix it within a day. Product names are trademarks of their owners; we are not affiliated with them.
Upload your contacts, paste the script on your site and turn on a ready recipe. Try any paid plan free for 3 days - without changing your store.
