PingsYou plan prices and limits, the 3-day trial and what happens when you hit a limit.

Prices are in US dollars, net, per month. You pay for the number of contacts - each person counts once, however many tags they have. Rocket has a slider on its card: pick 15,000, 20,000, 30,000 (default) or 40,000 contacts, and the price, emails (5 times your contacts) and AI generations update right away - the tiers are in the table below. More than 40,000 contacts means Scale. Scale is self-serve: on the pricing page pick a contact tier with the slider (emails are 5 times your contacts, AI generations 1,000 to 2,000 depending on the tier, and a dedicated IP is included from the 100,000 tier). Above the top tier, contact us.

3-day trial
You can try Spark, Boost, Rocket and Scale for 3 days first (one trial per account). During the trial you import contacts without limits, and sending is capped at 200 emails. Want to send more right away? Click Start plan now - payment starts immediately and the trial cap is gone.
When you reach a limit
- Monthly emails: at 80% you see a warning in the panel. At 100% campaigns pause and resume automatically next month or right after an upgrade.
- Contacts: import and API stop adding new people (the message suggests a bigger plan). Existing contacts stay.
- Current usage is in the Plan usage card in the left menu.
