On this page
Instead of writing email after email, you describe what you sell or announce and PingsYou lays out the whole series: phases, dates, subjects and reminders. Go to Campaigns → AI email series or New campaign → A whole email series with AI.
- Describe the product and goal (at least 20 characters), e.g. “Online macramé course for $79, sales start on 1 December”.
- Pick a length: 4, 6, 8 or 12 weeks (default 8).
- Optionally, in plan settings: start date, numeric goal, product, price, offer link, recipients.
- Reminders are on by default: to non-openers after 3 days, to non-clickers (for offers) after 4 days.
- Click Build a plan.
A plan usually has 10-16 emails in phases (e.g. warm-up, sales opening, proof, closing). Dates skip weekends and 22-28 December, and send times use your audience's best hour and the account time zone.
What happens next
- Write the content - AI writes all emails and reminders in your brand's style.
- Adjust the plan: move the start, set max emails per week, fewer emails over holidays, add or remove emails.
- Approve plan (or approve only one phase) - campaigns with reminders and A/B tests are created. People who already bought the product are skipped.
- Abandon the plan if you change your mind.
