A path is an automation: when something happens (signup, tag, purchase...), PingsYou sends the next emails and runs the steps. Menu: Automations → Paths and Ready recipes.

- Welcome (3 emails in 7 days), Course in episodes (4 weekly lessons), Survey and segmentation.
- Product sale, Abandoned cart (after 1 h, 24 h and 72 h with a code), Browse abandonment, After purchase (thanks, then day 3, 14 and 30).
- Replenishment, Renewal (14 days before by default), Back in stock, Price drop.
- Reactivation (after 60 quiet days by default, tag “cooling”), Win-back after 90 days, Warming up the engaged.
- Birthday (from a date field), Recurring event.
A path from a description
Type into the description field, e.g. “after signup send a welcome, after 2 days a guide, and if they don't click - a reminder”, and click Build the flow. PingsYou matches a recipe or builds a custom diagram. It is rule-based, so it uses no AI generations. You can also start with Build your own or Blank diagram.
Diagram
A path is shown as a diagram: trigger at the top, steps going down, branches to the side. Each step shows how many people reached it, and emails show sent, opened and clicked. Simulation for one person shows the dates of each step.
