Ask AI
The Ask AI bar sits at the bottom of most screens (and in the left menu). Ask in plain language, e.g. “how much did my last campaign earn?”, “who should get a reminder?”, “how can I improve deliverability?”. The assistant answers from your account data and suggests a next step - but never sends anything without your click.
AI generations per plan
A generation is one writing task: an email from Write with AI, the content of a whole series, a text improvement, a Reply with AI draft. The counter resets on the 1st of each month.

When the limit runs out you'll see a message that this month's AI generations are used up - everything else keeps working.
What is free (no generations)
- Questions to the assistant - up to 30 a day per account (up to 10 on Free).
- Classifying replies in the Inbox - up to 100 a day (up to 30 on Free).
- Column matching in imports - up to 20 a day (up to 5 on Free), and short summaries - up to 40 a day (up to 10 on Free).
- Building a path from a description - rule-based, no AI cost.
- Templates, editor, reports, segments and the whole panel - always without AI.
