Several accounts (brands)

Each account has its own contacts, campaigns and domain. The Switch account control is at the top of the left menu: you'll see Your accounts and Add account (or user menu → New account). A new account starts on the Free plan, with you as owner.

Team and roles

RoleWhat they can do
OwnerEverything, including plan and billing, transferring ownership and deleting the account. Approves sends.
AdministratorEverything except plan, billing and deleting the account: domain, SMS, settings, team, approving sends, exporting contacts.
EditorCreates and edits campaigns, series, templates, automations, contacts and forms, replies in the Inbox. Sends only via Send for approval - cannot approve or schedule alone.
View onlySees campaigns, contacts, statistics and the Inbox but can't change, send or reply to anything.

The full "who can do what" table (✓ / –) is in Settings → Team → What each role can do. A button you don't have permission for is greyed out - hover it to see e.g. "Your role: Editor - ask the owner or an administrator".

Inviting someone

  1. Go to Settings → Team and enter an email under Invite a person.
  2. Choose a role and click Send invitation.
  3. They get an email with a Join the team button (the link works for 7 days, no password needed). If they already have a PingsYou login, they join right away.

Sent invitations are listed under Sent invitations - you can Resend or Cancel them. Change a role in the People on the team table, where you can also turn Inbox replying on or off for a person.

Transferring ownership and history

  • Transfer ownership (owner only): the selected person becomes the owner and you become an administrator.
  • An account always has at least one owner - the last one can't be demoted or removed.
  • Change history shows invitations, role changes and removals: who and when.
  • AI keys (MCP) act with the role of the person who created them. When you remove someone from the team, their keys stop working.
