Payments, invoices and changing plans
How to buy a plan by card through Stripe, where invoices are, how to change or cancel.

- Go to Settings → Plan and billing (or the user menu).
- Next to the plan click Choose (higher plan) or Downgrade (lower plan).
- Pay by card in the secure Stripe window. Add company details and tax ID if you need a company invoice. Promo codes go in the same window.
Invoices are issued automatically after every payment and emailed to the account owner. Manage payments opens the Stripe portal: change card, download invoices, cancel the subscription.
Yearly billing
Paying yearly costs 20% less (the “Yearly” column in Plans and limits). If you don't see the yearly option at checkout, contact us.
Cancelling
After cancelling or a failed payment, the account moves to the Free plan. Your data stays, but Free limits apply (100 contacts, 500 emails a month).
